Qualification & Experience

  • Project Coordinator (PPS-10):
    HEC recognized Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management, Economics, or equivalent from a recognized university with 08 years of experience in public sector management. Must know e-office, rules & regulations, capacity building, and project handling. Preference to candidates with public sector experience.
  • Administrative Officer (PPS-09):
    HEC recognized MBA (HRM/Economics) with 07 years’ experience in public sector administration. Must be able to use e-office, have strong rules/regulations knowledge, and project management skills. Preference for public sector experience.
  • Assistant Director (PPS-07):
    HEC recognized a 16-year degree (MBA HRM, Mass Communication, or related). At least 3 years’ relevant experience in public sector management/coordination. Preference to candidates with government organization experience.
  • Assistant Computer Operator (PPS-06):
    14 years 2nd Class Bachelor + 3 years’ computer-related work. Speed 1000 KDPH, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required. Management of Govt documents/records.
  • Assistant (PPS-06):
    2nd Class Bachelor + 5 years’ experience in the government./semi govt./private sector. Skills: document management, typing in English, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, emails, and dictation writing.
  • Driver (PPS-03):
    Literate with a valid driving license, 3 years’ experience, well-versed in traffic rules.
  • Security Guard (PPS-02):
    Literate with 4 years’ relevant experience.
  • Daycare Aya (PPS-02):
    Literate with 2 years’ relevant experience.
