The responsibility of The Millennium Education’s Learning Management System (MATRIX-LMS) will be taken care by the LMS Coordinator in terms of content management and administration. The role involves continuous development, configuration, curriculum development/summary, reporting and technical support.
Job Responsibilities
The Coordinator of the LMS will be held accountable for:
- Complete the assignments related to the routine and daily operation, use and configuration of the MATRIX-LMS.
- Managing functionality, appearance, tabs and settings in community areas in the MATRIX-LMS.
- Recognizing and sharing process and quality opportunities, giving feedback on usage, defects and recommended enhancements.
- To gain and retain knowledge of the latest technology as it relates to MATRIX-LMS software and systems.
- Ensuring security and integrity of the system – establishing procedures and policies.
- Completing and updating technical procedures and policy documents.
- Developing training requirements and opportunities in partnership with the HR Department to support growth of talent development in the organization.
- Providing internal consultancy services, analysing data and suggesting solutions to implement use of MATRIX-LMS for delivering, tracking training and measuring performance to achieve organisational goals.
- Development and updating of resources to train and support the learners in their use of the technology for online and professional development.
