Nishat Hotel Margala is seeking an Assistant Director – MICE to create and implement MICE sales strategies, new business opportunities, corporate client sales and marketing, event organizer sales and marketing, travel management company sales, destination management company sales and other business partner.
Job Responsibilities
Selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Creating & implementing MICE sales plans that meet departmental revenue and business development goals.
- Researching and tracking opportunities for new corporate, association and government-based, exhibition & event business.
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with business partners such as corporate clients, event planners, TMOs, DMOs and others.
- Managing enquiries and needs for meetings and conferences, exhibitions and incentives, corporate events and group functions.
- Delivering bespoke proposals, quotes, packages and event plans to client needs.
- Keeping accurate records of MICE leads, opportunities, proposals, confirmed events, revenue & client communications.
- Keeping an eye on market trends, competitor events, corporate event needs and new MICE opportunities.
- Building and sustaining a solid MICE customer list and keeping existing and new customers engaged regularly.

Experience with child care or a Master’s degree will be beneficial.
