Position Details – Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts)
The role of Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts) is being advertised at three project locations: Sor-Range, District Quetta (Balochistan), Kalabagh, District Mianwali (Punjab), and Warcha, District Khushab (Punjab).
The position is for an open-term contract, with a salary that is negotiable and based on the market, and with a great level of growth potential.
Eligibility Requirements
Education:
Applicants must have one of the following degrees from an HEC-recognized institution/university:
CA (Chartered Accountant)
CMA (Cost & Management Accountant)
ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants)
MBA in Finance
Professional Experience:
At least 2 years of hands-on Experience with Finance and Accounting operations. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in the accounts of an industrial or mining organization.
Age Limit:
Not exceeding the age of 35 years on the closing date of submission of the online application.
Key Functions
The Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts) will be responsible for the maintenance of financial integrity and accuracy in reporting at project sites. The major responsibilities will include attending to the following duties and adhering:
Recording day-to-day transactions:
Accurately record financial transactions in the accounting system, ensuring all revenues, expenses, and payments are complete.
Invoice Processing:
Verify and process invoices to allow for accounts payable to flow and for payments to be made on time.
Preparing Financial Reports
Collect and prepare basic financial reports to provide management with information on cash flow and financial performance.
Account Reconciliation:
To reconcile records against the bank statement for accuracy and integrity.
Managing Payables Aging:
Manages CAPEX/OPEX payable aging and makes sure payments are made without penalties or overdue balances.
