PHIMC is accepting applications for the key leadership positions at the Head Office in Lahore:

  • Chief Internal Auditor (CIA)
  • Director Communication

🔹 1. Chief Internal Auditor (CIA)

The Chief Internal Auditor (CIA) will be the main person among the officers who will be internal control system strengtheners, and through their proper PHIMC operations, the transparency and accountability across the whole organization will be enhanced.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:
Candidates must have completed one of the following:

  • Member of a professional accountants’ body accepted worldwide, OR
  • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), OR
  • Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), OR
  • Certified Internal Control Auditor (CICA), OR
  • Master’s degree in Finance from an HEC-recognized university.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 08 years post-qualification internal audit experience gained in a reputable public or private sector organization.
  • Preference will be given to candidates having prior experience in similar positions, especially in the health or public sector.

Age Limit:

  • The maximum age limit is 62 years on the last date for submission of applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help management identify and evaluate the risk management processes as organizational risks.
  • Evaluate the internal control systems’ effectiveness and ascertain that the financial and management information is accurate, reliable, and trustworthy.
  • Performance audits, compliance audits, and financial reviews are part of your responsibility to conduct.
  • The governance of finance will be strengthened through recommendations for rectifications and the adoption of governance best practices.
  • Maintain compliance with Public Sector Governance Standards and internal audit frameworks.

🔹 2. Director Communication

The Director of Communication will be responsible for developing the communication strategy of PHIMC, overseeing the relations with the media, and making sure the public is well-informed regarding the health initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:
Candidates are required to possess a Master’s degree in one of the following areas from an HEC-recognized university (or an equivalent foreign degree):

  • Mass Communication
  • Media & Communication Studies
  • Journalism
  • Marketing
  • Advertising
  • Business Administration (with a concentration in Marketing)

Additional Skills:

  • An excellent grasp of digital media technologies and their utilization in the communication of the public sector.
  • Content writing, branding, and public relations are among the areas in which the expert will have the skills.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 08 years’ experience in the relevant field of work in a reputable organization (public or private).
  • The 02 years of experience must have been in a senior role—such as Head of Communication, Head of PR, or Head of Digital Media.

Age Limit:

  • On the date of submission of the application, the candidate should not be older than 62 years.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute PHIMC’s communication strategy for the corporation.
  • Keep up the relations with the media and manage press releases, public campaigns, and online presence.
  • Plan and manage the activities of branding, marketing, and informing the public about health protection schemes.
  • Maintain regular communication with government agencies, donors, and stakeholders.
  • Manage internal communications and the company’s reputation.
