🔹 Educational Qualification
OGDCL offers two pathways based on qualifications:
Option 1 – Engineering Degree
- Bachelor of Engineering from an HEC-recognized university
- Minimum 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience
- Minimum 3 years in supervisory roles
Option 2 – Technical Diploma Route
- F.Sc or 3-Year DAE from a recognized technical institute
- Minimum 20 years of post-qualification relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years in supervisory roles

Drilling Superintendent, Driller, Tool Pusher, Night Tool Pusher, Company Man, Well Site Leader

- Handling high-pressure/high-temperature wells
