Available Position

Deputy Assistant Director (Compensation & Benefits – HR)

  • Number of Positions: 01
  • Age Limit: Maximum 32 years (including 5-year relaxation)
  • Location: Islamabad

Educational Qualification

Master’s in Business Administration/Human Resources (BBA from an HEC-recognized university). 

The applicant must be well-versed in compensation management, payroll systems, and HR compliance. 

More than five years’ professional experience in Human Resources. Preference will be given to applicants with experience in Compensation & Benefits or Rewards Management, or Payroll within large organizations.

Major responsibilities and critical skills

Assistance in creating & maintaining a compensation framework.

Facilitate reward frameworks, salary comparisons or benchmarking, and job comparisons or evaluations.

Manage payroll inputs, employee benefits, and deal with any questions.

Ensure adherence to HR processes and regulatory compliance.

Assist with performance processes and promotion processes.

Good analytical, numerical, and advanced MS Excel and data analysis capabilities. 

A high level of confidentiality and accuracy that goes into the HR process. 

Excellent communication, team-player, and problem-solving skills. 

Familiarity with HRIS systems and compensation analytical tools will be an advantage.

Terms & Conditions

  • Contract Duration – 3 years (extendable) based on performance.
  • Probation – 6 months.
  • Management has the right to accept/apply any applications without assigning of reason.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview.
  • Candidates who provide false/fake information will be disqualified.
  • The age relaxations (5 years) are already included in the upper age limits.
  • A Medical Fitness and Character Certificate will be required at the time of selection.
  • Government/Semi-Government employees are required to submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
  • No TA/DA will be admissible to candidates at the time of the test/interview.
  • All degrees must be attested by HEC and presented at the time of the interview.
  • Women, minorities, transgender individuals, and differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Electronic devices, including mobile phones and smartwatches, will not be allowed during the test or interview.
