Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the position of Senior Manager/Head HR Department at KSSL, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Possess a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (MBA HR) from an HEC-recognized university.
- Have a minimum of 10 years of HR management experience in either the public or private sector.
- At least 3 years of experience in a senior-level HR role.

- Handling grievances, disciplinary actions, appeals, and court representations.
- Monitoring employee performance, compensation, and payroll management.
- Preparing manpower budgets and enforcing regulatory compliance (SBP, NAB, FIA, Courts, etc).
- Drafting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and implementing HR outsourcing models.
- Managing internal audits and maintaining complete HR records.
