These roles are open for skilled professionals who can contribute to planning, financial management, IT systems, and capacity-building initiatives across merged districts and provincial areas of KP.

Eligibility Criteria
1. Chief Finance Officer
Eligibility: M.Com, Master’s in Finance, MBA (Finance) from a HEC-recognized university, or CA/ACCA/CPA.
Experience: At least seven (07) years of experience in financial management or auditing and accounts, out of which two (02) years must be in the capacity of a finance professional or equivalent.
Age limit: 45 years.
2. Development Officer of Seniors
Eligibility: Master’s in Social Work or Social Sciences.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of work experience on donor-funded development projects, out of which a minimum of 3 years should be related to community mobilization and capacity building in merged districts.
Age limit: 60 years maximum.
3. Environmental and social expert
Eligibility: Master’s in Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, Agricultural Science, or Social Sciences.
Experience: Five years of minimum related environmental and social impact analysis experience.
Age limit: up to 60 years.
4. Capacity building officer
Qualification: Master’s in Social Sciences/Social Work from an HEC-recognized university.
Minimum three years in organising and carrying out training and development initiatives
Up to 45 years is the Age Limit.
5. Spearhead Information Technology Specialist
BS (four years) or Master’s in Computer Science/IT/Software Engineering qualifications needed.
Preferred: 7 years of experience in IT management, database systems, and cooperation with aid or donor organizations.
Age Range: 60 years or below.
6. Senior MIS Manager
BS (4 years) or a Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering qualifies you.
Five years in Database Management, MIS Implementation, and Application Development.
Limit of age: 60 years max.
7. Officer of the database
Qualification: MS in Computer Science/IT/Software Engineering or BS (4 years).
Experience: Database management and administration with three years of experience.
Age Restriction: Up to 45 years.
8. Database Programmer
BS or a Master’s in IT, Software Engineering, or Computer Science qualifies one.
Three years of database creation, system optimization, and programming (SQL, PostgreSQL, or NOSQL).
Age Restriction: Up to 45 years.
9. MIS Officer
Eligibility: BS or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT.
Relevant experience in MIS support and IT system operations.
Up to 45 years old.
Terms and Conditions
Candidates will be allowed to appear in the ETEA test provisionally; however, a detailed investigation will be conducted by the appointing authority.
Before applying, applicants must create a profile on the ETEA website. CNIC verification through NADRA E-Sahulat franchise is mandatory before submission.

The appointments will follow the project policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
To qualify, candidates must obtain at least 40% marks in the ETEA Screening Test.
Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained. Government and Semi-Government employees must apply through the proper channel.
Different posts require different applications. Experience from donor-funded or IT-registered firms will be considered valid as per the criteria.
No TA/DA will be admissible for the test or interview. In case of a foreign degree, an HEC equivalency certificate is mandatory.
The department reserves the right to increase, reduce, or cancel the recruitment process at any time.

The online application will be open for candidates on October 8, 2025 and will close on the last date for submission is 22 October 2025.
The candidates will also receive an SMS notification to download the roll number slip from the ETEA website.
Selection Process
The selection process will be fair and through a merit-based system.
