Open Positions

KPITB is seeking candidates for the following Assistant Director position:

1. Assistant Director – Skills and Digital Economy
Location: Peshawar
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or Electrical (Communication) Engineering (at least 16 years of education).
Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization (public or private).
Preference: Internationally recognized certification in a relevant field is preferred.

2. Assistant Director – Planning and Strategy
Location: Peshawar
Education: Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or ICT (16 years of education).
Experience: 5 years of relevant experience post-qualification.
Advantage: Preferably, be PMP or PRINCE-2 certified.

3. Assistant Director – Project Solicitation and Planning
Location: Peshawar
Education: Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or ICT (16 years of education).
Certification: PMP or PRINCE-2 certified.
Experience: Over 5 years of responsible project planning experience within a public or private organization.

4. Assistant Director – Human Resources
Location: Peshawar
Education: Degree in HR Management, HR Development, Business Administration with HR specialism (16 years of education).
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in HR roles (public or private organizations).

5. Assistant Director – Projects Monitoring
Location: Peshawar
Education: Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or ICT (16 years of education).
Experience: 5 years of pertinent post-qualification experience preferred.
Preference: Candidates with PMP/PRINCE-2 certification will be given precedence.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfill the following criteria:

  • Must possess the relevant educational qualification as of the closing date.
  • Must have relevant work experience per the post listed.
  • Must be within the prescribed upper age limit (maximum 40 years old).
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.

How to Apply (via ETEA)

All candidates are to apply electronically through the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA) website. The steps are below:

  1. Go to the ETEA website: www.etea.edu.pk.
  2. Create a Profile: You are required to register by entering your personal data and educational experience.
  3. E-Sahulat Verification: Before applying, you will need to print the E-Sahulat token from ETEA and obtain CNIC verification from a NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk).
  4. Apply for Relevant Post: After you have obtained and verified the E-Sahulat token, you will select a relevant post with the KPITB and complete and submit the online application form.

Finally, after completing step 3, an online deposit slip will be generated with your token number and project code for the non-refundable test fee payment. Payment can be made using EasyPaisa, UBL Bank, or UBL Omni.

Retain the Deposit Slip: Please keep the candidate’s copy of the deposit slip (the copy stamped by the bank) for future reference.

Get Your Roll Number Slip: Shortlisted candidates will receive an SMS to download their roll number slips from the ETEA website.

Test and Interview: The test date, time, and venue will be indicated on the roll number slip.
