The Forest Department of Punjab is seeking to fill 13 strategic positions in diverse technical and managerial domains. Listed below are candidate posts, payment packages, and required qualifications.
1. Senior Manager Architecture – PPS-10
Number of Vacancies: 01
Monthly Salary: 600,000 PKR
Education: Minimum 16 years of education in architecture from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: 10 years of experience after qualification.
Age: 28-35 years.
The individual will need to have expertise in areas such as architectural design, planning, and construction of facilities related to the forest sector.
2. Senior Manager Structure – PPS-10
Number of Vacancies: 01
Monthly Salary: 600,000 PKR
Education: Minimum 16 years of education in Civil or Structural Engineering from an HEC-recognized university. In addition, applicants must be PEC registered.
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience. A Master’s in Structural Engineering is preferred.
Age: 28-35 years.
Selected individuals will be in charge of managing and overseeing the structural design and ensuring the safety of the infrastructure which is related to the forestry department.
3. Manager MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) – PPS-9
Number of Vacancies: 01
Monthly Salary: 400,000 PKR
Education: Minimum 16 years of education in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with a Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution preferred. In addition, applicants must be PEC registered.
Experience: Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience.
Age: 23-30 years.
Candidates with experience in sustainable design, MEP systems integration, and building systems in general will be given priority for this position.
4. Manager Procurement (PPS-9)
Number of Positions: 01
Monthly Salary: Rs. 400,000/-
Education: 16 years of education in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or any relevant subject from an institution recognized by HEC.
Experience: Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience.
Age Limit: 28–35 years
This position will be responsible for all procurement activities.
The person in this position will handle all queries regarding the Punjab Government policies or the project documents requirements, and procurement-related works.
5. 3D Visualizer + Animator (PPS-8)
Number of Vacancies: 02
Monthly Salary: Rs. 300,000/-
Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, 3D Visualization, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 7 years post-qualification work experience is required.
Age Limit: 28–40 years
This is a very artistic position that involves the making of 3D visualizations, animations, and digital models of forest development projects.
6. Structural Assistant (PPS-7)
Number of Vacancies: 01
Monthly Salary: 200,000/-
Qualification: At least 15 years of education in Civil or Structural Engineering from an HEC-recognized institute, and PEC registration must be valid.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience.
Age Limit: 23–30 years
Assisting in structural plans, drawings, and supervision of development work will be his/her responsibility.
7. Structure Draftsman (PPS-7)
Number of Vacancies: 01
Monthly Salary 200,000/-
Qualification: DAE in Civil or a relevant drafting diploma.
Experience: Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience.
Age Limit: 28–40 years
He/she will prepare and produce detailed technical drawings, structural layouts in accordance with civil drawings.
8. MEP Draftsman (Electrical Specialist) – PPS-7
Total Positions: 01
Salary Range: Rs. 200,000/- per month
Minimum Qualification: DAE in Electrical or equivalent drafting diploma
Minimum Experience: 10 years of post-qualification experience
Maximum Age Limit: 28–40 years
The position requires the candidate to possess very specialized experience in drafting electric layout drawings and system integration as well.
9. MEP Draftsman (Specialist in Mechanical) – PPS-7
Number of Positions: 01
Monthly Salary: Rs. 200,000/-
Basic Education: DAE in Mechanical or equivalent diploma in drafting
Experience: 10 years of experience after getting the qualification
Cut-off Age: 28–40 years
The incumbent would be responsible for producing heat, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) and plumbing system drawings and would work along with MEP engineers.
10. Quantity Surveyor (PPS-7)
Number of Positions: 01
Monthly Salary: Rs. 200,000/-
Basic Education: 3-year DAE in civil or equivalent diploma.
Experience: 10 years of post-qualification experience at least
Cut-off Age: 28–40 years
Will be responsible for cost estimation of construction, taking off, and budgeting, along with the project.
11. Assistant Procurement Officer (PPS-7)
Number of Positions: 01
Monthly Salary: Rs. 200,000/-
Basic Education: 16 years of higher education in Finance, Business Administration, or Commerce
Experience: At least 2 years of post-qualification experience
Cut-off Age: 23–30 years
The procurement manager will be aided by the assistants in handling tenders, managing vendors, and keeping records.
12. Draftsman (PPS-6)
Number of Positions: 01
Monthly Salary: Rs. 150,000/-
Basic Education: DAE in Architecture or Civil, or equivalent diploma for drafting.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience
Cut-off Age: 23–30 years
CAD drawings will be made, and detailed design documentation will be prepared for forestry projects by the professional hired.
13. Documentation Officer (PPS-6)
Number of Positions: 04
Monthly Salary: Rs. 150,000/-
Basic Education: Minimum 14 years of education in a relevant field
Experience: Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience
Cut-off Age: 22–35 years
The tasks to perform are official file maintenance, correspondence, and project documents, etc.
General Conditions
- Recruitment will be purely contractual for the project duration only.
- Annual increments will be applied as per the approved PC-I and the Government of Punjab policy.
- Resident of Punjab, domicile holders can apply only.
- In-service candidates must apply through the proper channel and submit NOC/DPC at the time of the interview.
