Job Description
Manager – Quality Assurance (Fresh Food)
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for:
- Implementing quality assurance policies, standards and procedures (SOPs) while ensuring food safety standards.
- Ensure freshness of products, maintaining hygiene, temperatures and shelf life.
- Conduct store audits and food safety checks.
- Review supplier performance and conduct supplier audits.
- Managing cold chain, ensuring cleanliness and preventing cross contamination.
- Lead and train QA staff and staff within stores.
- Deal with any quality issues raised by customers.
- Reduce food waste and spoilage.
Executive – Production
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for:
- Monitor daily production, labour and machine usage.
- Minimise waste, shortages and costs.
- Working with the maintenance team to ensure equipment issues are resolved.
- Improving manufacturing processes to reduce delays.
- Provide guidance to production staff and solving issues.
- Monitor costs of production and record financial information.
ABAP Developer
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for:
- Create bespoke reports, improvements, interfaces, conversions and forms using ABAP.
- Create and customise SAP Fiori applications.
- Create SAPUI5 and OData solutions.
- Work with functional consultants to understand business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and debug ABAP programs and Fiori applications.
- Adhere to coding standards and optimise performance.
- Testing, code reviews and deployments.
- Documenting.
Eligibility
Manager – Quality Assurance (Fresh Food)
- Must have a Masters Degree in Food Science & Technology or similar.
- Must have 10-12 years’ experience in Quality Assurance or Food Safety.
- Preferably have experience in Supermarkets, Hypermarkets, Food Retail or large scale food.
- Must have at least 3 years experience in a managerial/supervisory role.
- Knowledge of food safety, quality management and fresh food handling.
Executive – Production
- Must have a B.S in Food Sciences.
- Must have 6-8 years’ experience.
- Preferably have experience in Food Production or manufacturing.
- Must have strong knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
ABAP Developer
- Must have a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar.
- Must have 2-3 years’ experience with SAP ABAP.
- Must have experience with WRICEF (Reports, BAPIs, BADIs, Enhancements & Smart Forms).
- Preferably have ABAP or Fiori/UI5 certifications.
