Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have the qualifications/experience pertinent to the job they apply for.
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or Urban Planning from a recognized HEC university or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Urban Planning from a recognized HEC university; Master’s degree in Management and Information from a recognized HEC university is acceptable. A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree or 20 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree. Working experience in the fields related to Heritage Conservation, Infrastructure development and public sector projects would be beneficial.
- Lead Project Management: Masters Degree (18 years of education) in Management, Business Administration, Tourism Management, Development Studies, Heritage Management or related field. Five years or more of experience in Project Development and Management, feasibility studies and implementation.
- Economics, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration or similar subject (18 years of education) with a focus on lead financial positions (Business, Finance, Investment). A minimum of 14 years of experience in this sector. Experience in professional qualifications e.g. CA, ACCA, CFA, ACMA or CPA is preferred.
- Senior Civil Engineer: qualified as B.Sc./BE Civil Engineering from any recognized HEC University and registered with PEC. A minimum of 8 years of the relevant professional experience. Preferably a Masters degree in engineering related field.
- (Legal/Regulatory Specialist): A degree in Law (LLB/ LLM) in Contract Management or related field. Experience of 7+ years in relevant fields. LLB candidates will need to have 7 years of High Court experience and LLM will need to have 5 years of High Court experience.
- Finance Specialist: 16 years or more of study in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, Public Policy or related subject and a project management background is preferred. At least 7 years’ relevant post-Qualification experience. Must have accreditation qualification such as CA, ACCA, CFA, ACMA or CPA.
- Diploma: at least 16 years of study in the field of Supply Chain Management, Procurement Management, Logistics Management, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Law or a related field. Experience of at least 7 years in the procurement planning and public sector procurement environment.
- 16+ years of tertiary education, preferably in Law, Contract Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or similar field. Experience in contract management for at least 7 years of relevant post qualification experience.
Important Information
- All roles are project-based and will last through December 31, 2027 or can be extended for a year.
- They will be job specific, job tenured, non-pensionable and temporary appointments.
- Nothing a contractor is appointed will give him/her any rights for regularization.
