Maintenance Lead/Sr. Associate
PMDC has released 01 Maintenance Lead/Sr. Associate job in the Maintainecare Sector. The appointed person will be responsible for maintenance on Electrical and Mechanical equipment and project facilities of a PMDC project/mining site in Balochistan.
Job Responsibilities
The Maintenance Lead/Sr. Associate will be responsible for:
- Planning, coordinating and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment and project facilities.
- Management of equipment availability and prompt troubleshooting of equipment in order to have as little downtime as possible.
- Planning the maintenance elements along with the production and mine engineering teams.
- Planning and checking maintenance plans, inspections, records and reports.
- Monitoring of maintenance personnel & subcontractors.
- To do root cause analysis to identify the root cause of equipment or operational problems.
- Identifying opportunities for process and cost savings.
- Ensuring that safety requirements and approved SOPs are adhered to.

Qualification
A bachelor’s degree (also in EE) of HEC-recognized institution.
Experience
It is essential for the candidate to have at least 3 years’ of experience in Electrical/Mechanicalian operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
