Manager (HR & Coord/Protocol)
The successful candidate of the advertisement should possess a working knowledge in:
- HR coordination

- Application of project management skills and practices in practice.

Eligibility Criteria
1. Manager (HR & Coord/Protocol)
Qualification:
Attained 16 years of education (MA/MSc/MBA) in a related field.
Experience:
Ideally 8 years + experience post-qualification including 2 years in a lead role with regards to HR coordination, protocol and project handling/execution.
Skills:
Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills, including preparation of government/HR summaries, presentations and reports.
Age Limit:
To age of 62 years as the date of the advertisement.
2. Research Associate
Qualification:
AMAE/ Master’s of Arts of Master’s of Science in Finance or a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minimum of 16 years of relevant education.
Experience:
Experience in the area used preferably 3 years of post qualification.
Skills:
Knowledge of public/private sector working and good communication, analytical and writing skills for preparing financial documentation, papers, summaries, presentations and analytical reports.
Age Limit:
Age limit as on the advertisement: Maximum 45 years.
Important Information
- Education qualifications should be from any recognized local or foreign University/Institute with proper verification/seal from Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan.
- All government staff (currently serving or retired) will need to submit a request and include a copy of NOC from their parent department.
- Contract terms for project staff that are directly recruited for development projects funded from PSDP will be in accordance with the stated Finance Division and Planning Commission.
