Eligibility Criteria
Legal Adviser
- A degree of LL.B. from a recognized University under HEC.
- Valid enrolment as an Advocate High Court/Supreme Court.
- LL.M. will be preferred.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in the legal field (Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies, public sector or a reputable law firm).
- Experience in legal advisory, contracts/agreements, corporate, civil and criminal litigation, regulatory/commercial, matters and litigation.
- Experience in Public Sector advisory, procurement and legislative/regulatory preferred.
- Maximum age: 50 years.
Director Finance
- Master’s/Bachelor’s (16 years) degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field from an HEC recognised University.
- Experience and/or professional qualification (CA/ACMA/CMA/ACCA) will be preferred, relevant professional membership if applicable.
- At least 15 years of work experience in the post-qualification field.
- Requires a minimum of 8 years’ experience as a senior/managerial finance role.
- Experience in financial management, budgeting, audit, taxation, financial reporting, investment, revenue management, regulatory compliance, and financial/c commercial and revenue generating projects will be preferred.
- Maximum age: 50 years.
Additional Director Security (Operations)
- Master’s/Bachelor’s (16 years) degree in Management Sciences, Business Administration, Public Administration, Security Management or an equivalent related field.
- There is no restriction on the rank of the Armed Forces officer, though they must be retired.
- Relevant police/law enforcement operational security experience may also be taken into consideration.
- A minimum of 15 years experience in command, security operations, security operational planning, training and management of security personnel.
- Experience with Police/Law Enforcement Agencies will be an asset, as will the Special Operations/Special Forces Course qualification.
- Maximum age: 52 years.
Deputy Assistant Director (Marketing)
- Master’s / Bachelor’s (16 years) degree in Marketing, Business Administration / Management from a university recognized by HEC.
- Relevant 2-3 years marketing, business development, sales, corporate relations or project marketing experience is required.
- Experience in the public sector/commercial organization will be a plus.

Deputy Assistant Director (Works)
- Qualification from a recognized board/institution with diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 3 years of relevant Government-sector experience in civil works, infrastructure, housing/real estate projects required.
- Experience should consist of BOQs, Engineer’s Estimates, Site Surveys, Quantity Take-offs, Technical reports and project documentation.
- Experience in preparation and review of drawings, specifications and cost estimates will be preferred.

Deputy Assistant Director TAS (Operations)

- Relevant testing and assessment experience up to 3 years in testing and assessment, examination management, recruitment testing, project coordination or related operations.
- Large scale examination, CBT/Physical testing, Management of candidates, processing results, Quality assurance and stakeholder co-ordination is preferable.

Deputy Assistant Director TAS (Development)
- Master’s/Bachelor’s (16 years) degree in Management Sciences – Business Administration, Computer Science/IT or related disciplines.
- Relevant up to 3 years post qualification experience in testing and assessment, examination systems, recruitment testing, educational technology, project development or related areas.
- Experience in testing systems, CBT platforms, assessment methodologies, test design, digital workflows, data management, quality assurance and testing initiatives will be preferred.

Deputy Assistant Director (Finance & Accounts)
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance or related field from an HEC recognized University.
- At least 3 years of relevant finance, accounts, budgeting, audit or other financial work experiences.
- Experience in public sector, government or reputable private sector organisations will be preferred.
- Maximum age: 35 years.
Administrator (Housing Scheme)
- The Armed Forces personnel who have retired at the rank of Subedar-Major or above may apply.
- Police/Law Enforcement officers held in a rank of Inspector or above who are retired may be considered.
- At least 10 years of experience with administration or estate/housing scheme management.
- Experience in public/private housing schemes, DHA, Cantonment or similar organisations will be preferred.

Senior Software Engineer (TAS)
- A degree or Master of Philosophy in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Technology from a recognized university by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
- Experience of over 10 years in a relevant field in reputable organizations.
- Experienced with PHP (Laravel), MySQL and MSSQL Server.
- Knowledge of the basics of REST APIs and third-party service integration.
- Knowledge of deployments and codebase management.

Junior Developer (TAS)
