Soneri Bank is looking to recruit a CTO Guarantees Officer in its Centralized Trade Operations division in Karachi. The candidates applying for the job of OG-I should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in the field of “Bank Guarantee.”
Job Responsibilities
Applicants must have the following knowledge, skills and capabilities:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possession of good knowledge on SBP FE Regulations, URDG 758, ISP98 and AML/TBML Policies and Frameworks.
- Comprehends Stamp Duty Act fairly well.
- Proven track record of legal review of guarantee drafts.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- A sound knowledge of basic banking systems.
- Prefers Experience with Temenos T24 and Payment Safe.
- Ability to work under pressure and independently manage a large team in challenging situations.
- International guarantees related certificates will be preferred.
