Job Responsibilities
MBU Lead
The MBU Lead will oversee an MBU of 140 live telecommunications towers and 200 tenancies. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure that sites remain reliable and operational by leading PM and CM initiatives.
- Make sure that maintenance work is carried out according to the Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Manage site-level operations and optimise use of fuel and energy.
- Develop plans and track daily fuel usage.
- Optimize the use of batteries, rectifiers and generators.
- Manage DC sharing, generator and battery performance.
- Ensure site access and asset movements are followed in accordance with SOPs for physical security and safety.
- Lead response and recovery to security incidents, such as fuel and asset theft.
- Use digital portals to conduct site audits, and enforce quality requirements for vendors.
- Handle the MBU as the interface/ point of contact for the Mobile Network Operators (MNOs).
- Control performance of FLM vendors and availability of spares.
- Conduct and coordinate the ATP process for site based projects such as solar deployment, NRO sites and AC/DC meter deployment.
- A key role within the office, where you will be coordinating and leading strategic partnerships, contracts and governance at the highest level.
The role involves strategic contracts and partnership, governance and legal advisory. The role includes:
- Generalizing the Master Tower Agreement, templates and process of contracts.
- First class contract drafting, review and negotiation; contract risk mitigation.
- Providing senior management with legal, regulatory and governance advice.
- Facilitating mergers and acquisitions, strategic deals, asset transfers and partnerships.
- Risk management of contractual risks, disputes, compliance and commercial value protection.
- Monitoring confidentiality, data protection and associated legalities.
Operations Support Expert – North
Operations Support Expert – North will be concerned with operational reporting and performance monitoring, which will include:
- Creating daily, weekly and monthly reports on operational performance.
- Tracking NAR, MTTR, outages, SLA compliance and vendor performance.
- Fuel consumption analysis, DG runtime analysis, Energy performance analysis and operational trend analysis.
- Data consolidation, validation, and analysis from field team, NOC and vendors.
- Creating dashboards, reports on management, and performance answers.
- Improving business performance in relation to gap, trend, exception and new operation risks.
- Providing support to NAR reconciliation, SLA tracking and performance monitoring.
Assistant Manager NOC
The Assistant Manager NOC will be responsible for:
- Leading NOC Back-Office operations, performance reporting, and FLM support.
- Supervising SLA adherence, technical reconciliations and customer needs.
- Drive Car Automation, Process optimization and Operations efficiency projects.
- Handling integration, administration, monitoring and performance reporting of RMS.
- Reviewing operational information and generating reports and management insights.
- Coordinate special projects or collaborate with field teams, vendors, OEMs, and customers.
- Building team skills through coaching, guiding and managing.

Qualification:
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science or related fields.
- Excellent analytical, reporting and problem solving abilities.
- Familiarity with the tools used to create spreadsheets, such as Microsoft Excel, and dashboards, including Microsoft Power BI and Tableau.
Experience:
- At least 3-5 years experience in reporting, analytics or operational performance management.
