Assistant Director (Research, Data & Evaluation)
The minimum educational requirement is a Bachelor’s degree and 16 years of education in Statistics/ Data Science/ Sociology/ Public Health or related areas. 2 years experience in data collection, statistical analysis, survey design or research methodologies, especially in social surveys or health assessment.
Assistant Director (Administration)
A Bachelor’s degree with 16 years of education in either Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources or related discipline would be preferred. Experience of a minimum of 2 years in office administration, human resources, procurement or general (office) management. Relevant experience in the public sector or non-for-profit sector is desired.
Assistant Director (Accounts)
Eligibility is a graduation in Accounting, Finance or Commerce. Accounting qualifications to a professional standard are most sought after. Experience in financial management, accounting, budgeting or auditing preferably in a public sector or non-profit organisation, for at least 2 years.
Age Limit
The advertised positions have a maximum age requirement of 35 years. The age relaxation as per Government policy has been included in the age limit specified.
