QA & Regulatory Compliance Officer – Lahore
Selected candidate will be responsible for assisting to ensure that Yummy Ice Cream’s products and manufacturing processes satisfy required quality, food safety & regulatory standards.
Job Responsibilities
The QA & Regulatory Compliance Officer will be responsible for:
- Checking product quality and production.
- Assuring GMP, HACCP, food safety standards and applying applicable regulations.
- Doing internal quality or compliance checks.
- Keeping QA and regulatory documentation and records.
- Identifying non-conformities and following up on corrective actions.
- Liaising with Production, R&D, Stores and other departments regarding quality.
- Assist in regulatory inspections and audits.
- Providing the correct products, labelling and documentation.
- Writting compliance and quality report to management.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:
- Food Technology
- Food Science
- Microbiology
- Chemistry
- Related field
Experience
FMCG/Food manufacturing experience is preferred.
Essential Knowledge and Abilities
