Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Qualification:
  • CA / ACCA / ACMA (Member of a recognized professional accounting body) with at least 5 years of relevant experience OR
  • Master’s in Finance, Accounts, or Commerce with 10 years of relevant experience
• Key Skills & Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as notified by SECP
  • Experience in financial record-keeping and internal control systems
  • Proficiency in computerized accounting systems and financial information management
  • Knowledge of GFR, FR/SRs, Treasury Rules, and Grant-in-Aid utilization
  • Prior experience in a public, private, or corporate organization is preferred
• Age Limit: Maximum 55 years

Responsibilities of CFO

• Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and risk management
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
