Educational Qualifications Required

The minimum qualification required for each post is as follows:

  • Assistant Manager (Electronics/Mechanical): BE/BSc (Engineering) or MS/MSc in relevant field with First Division from HEC/PEC-recognized institutions.
  • Assistant Manager (IT/Software): BE/BS in Computer, IT, Software Engineering, or BCS/BIT/BSE. MCS/MIT/MS are also accepted.
  • Assistant Manager (HR/Admin/Procurement): MBA, BBA (4-year), MPA, MAS, MA (HRM), MS or equivalent in the relevant field.
  • Assistant Manager (Admin): Graduate degree in the relevant field from a recognized university.
  • Medical Officer: MBBS with First Division (after house job). Preference will be given to candidates with experience in General Medicine.

Note: Only one 2nd Division (not below 50%) from Matric onwards is allowed. No 3rd Division is acceptable in the entire academic record.

Age Limit and Experience

  • Minimum Age: 18 years
  • Maximum Age: 35 years as of July 6, 2025
  • Experience: 1–5 years (preferred in relevant field)
