Eligibility Criteria

Education Requirements

All posts require both of the following:

  • Graduation (Second Division) from an HEC-recognized university
  • Six-month MS Office Certificate from an institution recognized by Sindh Board of Technical Education / Trade Testing Board

Both are mandatory. A degree without the MS Office certificate—or the reverse—is not sufficient.

Age Limit

  • Minimum: 21 years
  • Maximum: 28 years
  • Age calculated from the last date of application submission

IBA Sukkur (STS) General Screening Test

This is a hard requirement. Candidates must hold a valid certificate from IBA Sukkur’s Testing Service (STS) for the Graduation-level General Screening Test, with a minimum score of 40%. The certificate must be uploaded at the time of application. No test certificate means no eligibility.

Experience

No prior work experience is required. Fresh graduates who meet the education and screening test criteria can apply.
