Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s (16 years of education) in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Project Management, Development Studies, or relevant fields.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in project management, development projects, financial inclusion, or donor-funded programs. Internship or project coordination in similar fields will be considered an asset.
• Age Limit: Up to 35 years. However, candidates with 3+ years of experience working with a regulatory body may receive a 5-year age relaxation.
• Gender: Both male and female candidates are eligible. Female applicants meeting the criteria will be preferred.
