Manager Risk Models
Saudi Pak Industrial and Agricultural Investment Company Limited is looking for a Manager Risk Models in the City of Islamabad. The responsibilities include model development, enhancement, testing and validation of models for various categories of risk management.
Position salary will be up to AVP.
Job Responsibilities
The chosen candidate will have to take charge of the following areas:
- Construct and enhance models pertaining to credit risk, market risk and operational risk.
- Validate existing models such as the Comprehensive Risk Rating Model (ORR, FRR & GRR), IFRS 9 model, Market Risk Model and Operational Risk Model.
- Make sure that risk models are not only accurate and stable, but also reflect the business objectives.
- Make sure that risk models comply with relevant regulations and internal risk management systems of the industry.
- Communicate model results and risk forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.
- Review the Company’s internal credit risk rating practice.
- Review of IFRS-9 policies and manuals as well as matters related to risks in the market.
- Support the CRO in the Review of the Risk Management Policies & Procedures.
- Facilitate the modelling of more sophisticated strategies, as appropriate.
- Do other work as delegated by management
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
Candidates should have one of the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.A B.A. in Finance or related area of study, or MBA/Master’s Degree.

- ACCA
- Master’s degree in Statistics
Experience
