Vacant Positions

1. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Qualification:
Must be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants like CA, ACCA, ACMA, or ICAEW.

Experience:

• At least 15 years in accounts, finance, or audit roles.
• Minimum 8 years in a senior financial management position.
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS/IAS, cash management, budgeting, and ERP systems.
• 3 years of leadership experience in a similar role is a must.
• Prior experience in infrastructure or public sector projects will be an added plus.

Age: Minimum 40 years

2. Company Secretary

Qualification:
Must be one of the following:

• Member of a recognized body of corporate/chartered secretaries
• Member of a professional accountancy body
• MBA, M.Com, or LLB from an HEC-recognized institution

Experience:

• 15 years of relevant experience
• 3 years in a similar leadership role required
• Strong grasp of corporate laws, compliance, and governance under SECP rules

Age: Minimum 40 years

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for these PIEDMC vacancies in 2025:

• You must be a Punjab domicile holder
• You must meet all qualification and experience requirements
• Must possess excellent communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with PPRA rules, SECP regulations, and Public Sector Corporate Governance Rules 2013 is mandatory
