Vacant Positions
1. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Qualification:
Must be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants like CA, ACCA, ACMA, or ICAEW.
Experience:
- At least 15 years in accounts, finance, or audit roles.
- Minimum 8 years in a senior financial management position.
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS/IAS, cash management, budgeting, and ERP systems.
- 3 years of leadership experience in a similar role is a must.
- Prior experience in infrastructure or public sector projects will be an added plus.
Age: Minimum 40 years
2. Company Secretary
Qualification:
Must be one of the following:
- Member of a recognized body of corporate/chartered secretaries
- Member of a professional accountancy body
- MBA, M.Com, or LLB from an HEC-recognized institution
Experience:
- 15 years of relevant experience
- 3 years in a similar leadership role required
- Strong grasp of corporate laws, compliance, and governance under SECP rules
Age: Minimum 40 years
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for these PIEDMC vacancies in 2025:
- You must be a Punjab domicile holder
- You must meet all qualification and experience requirements
- Must possess excellent communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with PPRA rules, SECP regulations, and Public Sector Corporate Governance Rules 2013 is mandatory
