1. Contract Duration
All appointments will be contract based, in the first instance for two years. Contract may be extended or renewed based upon satisfactory performance, project requirements, rules and regulations applicable. But work cannot be contracted for more than the approved project period.

The pay scales of those who are selected will be in effect as per the Project Pay Scales (PPS) approved by the Government of Pakistan.

The location of duty will be Gilgit-Baltistan or any other area as necessary to implement project activities.
