Key Responsibilities (Highlights)

Card Operations

• Manage ATM and debit card issuance, monitoring, dispatch, and reconciliation
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely complaint resolution and fraud prevention

Clearing & Settlement

• Manage inward/outward clearing by SBP guidelines
• Perform reconciliation and ensure compliance with SOPs

Mobile / Internet Banking

• Support rollout and user onboarding
• Address technical issues and assist in UAT, testing, and implementation

Fraud Risk Management

• Monitor suspicious activity, maintain fraud registers, and assist in investigations
