Key Responsibilities (Highlights)
Card Operations
- Manage ATM and debit card issuance, monitoring, dispatch, and reconciliation
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely complaint resolution and fraud prevention
Clearing & Settlement
- Manage inward/outward clearing by SBP guidelines
- Perform reconciliation and ensure compliance with SOPs
Mobile / Internet Banking
- Support rollout and user onboarding
- Address technical issues and assist in UAT, testing, and implementation
Fraud Risk Management
- Monitor suspicious activity, maintain fraud registers, and assist in investigations
