🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Chief Engineer (BPS-20):
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering
Minimum 15–17 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in BPS-19 or equivalent
Registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)
Director (Commercial & Tariff) (BPS-19):
ACCA, ACMA, ACA, or MBA in Finance
12 years of experience in BPS-17 and above, with 3 years in BPS-18 or equivalent
Expertise in energy purchase agreements, tariff models, and regulatory affairs
Director (Information Technology) (BPS-19):
Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
12 years of experience in BPS-17 and above, including 3 years in BPS-18 or equivalent
Proficiency in ERP implementation, system analysis, and cybersecurity
Deputy Director / Sr. Engineer / Resident Engineer (BPS-18):
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering
3–5 years of relevant experience in BPS-17 and above or equivalent
Registered with PEC
