Eligibility Criteria

The following academic qualifications and experience levels are required:

  • Managerial & Assistant Manager Posts: Master’s degree (MBA, M.Com, DVM, CA, CMA) from HEC-recognized institutes, with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Assistant Posts: Bachelor’s degree or 14–16 years of education in finance/management or related fields with 2 years of experience.
  • Technical Positions (Plumber/Electrician): Diploma in relevant field with 2 years’ experience.
  • Gardener: Middle pass with 2 years of experience.
  • Operations Attendant: Middle pass, fresh candidates can apply (Daily wages for 89 days only).

Age Limits by Category

  • Managers & AMs: Max 35–40 years
  • Assistants & Technicians: Max 35–40 years
  • Operations Attendant: Max 45 years
