🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications:
- Deputy Chief (Driller): Bachelor’s in Engineering (16 years, HEC recognized & PEC registered) with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience, including at least 5 years in supervisory roles. Alternatively, F.Sc/3-year DAE with 15 years relevant experience, including 10 years in supervisory roles.
- Deputy Chief CSR Officer: Master’s/Bachelor’s (16 years, HEC recognized) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Development Studies, Sociology, Rural Development, or Law with 10 years relevant experience.
- Deputy Chief Security Officer: Retired personnel from the Pakistan Army (Colonel/Lt Colonel) or equivalent ranks in Navy/Air Force, preferably with Pakistan Staff Course/Intelligence Staff Course qualifications and 2-3 years in intelligence/security establishments.
- Senior Security Officer: Retired personnel from Pakistan Army (Major) or equivalent ranks in Navy/Air Force, preferably with Pakistan Staff Course/Intelligence Staff Course qualifications and 2-3 years in intelligence/security establishments.
- Senior Driller: Bachelor’s in Engineering (16 years, HEC recognized & PEC registered) with a minimum of 7 years relevant experience, including at least 3 years as Driller/Senior Driller. Alternatively, F.Sc/3-year DAE with 12 years relevant experience, including 5 years as Driller/Senior Driller.
- Senior CSR Officer: Master’s/Bachelor’s (16 years, HEC recognized) in relevant fields with 7 years relevant experience.
- Senior Boiler Engineer: 1st Class Boiler Engineer Certificate with 7 years relevant experience, including 2 years as Boiler Shift Incharge.
Age Limit: Maximum 45 years.
💼 Employment Terms
- Contract Duration: Initial term of three (03) years, extendable by mutual consent.
- Salary Package: Market-based salary with additional benefits as per company policy.
