Eligibility Criteria

1. General Manager (Admin / HR)

• MBA or Master’s degree in HR from a HEC-recognized local or foreign university
• At least 10 years of experience in HR and Admin
• 3 years of direct reporting to the CEO/MD in the public sector is preferred
• Must have experience in procurement and leadership roles

2. General Manager (Performance & Contracts Management)

• Bachelor’s in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering
• 10+ years’ experience in power plants (CCGT)
• Knowledge of FIDIC, PEC, and plant performance monitoring is essential

3. Manager (Contracts Management)

• Bachelor’s in Engineering + degree in Law/Business/Management preferred
• 7 years’ experience in the power sector
• Strong understanding of PPRA laws, FIDIC, and PEC guidelines

4. Manager (Plant Performance)

• Engineering degree (Electrical/Mechanical)
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on CCPP experience

5. Assistant Manager

• Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
• Master’s preferred
• At least 3 years’ experience in the power sector (IPP experience desirable)

6. Admin Executive

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration
• 2 years of experience in administration
• Must be proficient in MS Office

7. Accounts Executive

• Bachelor’s in Commerce
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Prior public sector experience is a plus

8. Electrician

• DAE in Electrical or Electronics
• 2+ years of field experience
