Room Division Manager
The successful individual will be responsible for the day-to-day function of the Rooms Division, which includes Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, Guest Services and related areas.
Job Responsibilities
The Room Division Manager will be accountable for:
- Responsible for the overall running of the Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, Guest Services and all related Rooms Division areas of the hotel.
- Maintaining quality of guest service, the efficiency of operations and departmental performance.
- Establishing and realising hotel’s SOPs, policies and service standards.
- Tracking usage, ADR, RevPar, room avail and other important operational KPIs.
- Effectively coordinating between Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security and other departments.
- Regular Room, Public & BOH Inspections.
- Training and coaching rooms for division staff for service quality and productivity, and evaluating, coaching and leading.
- Effective room inventory and working closely with the Revenue Management in the best interests of supporting room revenue optimisation.
