Job Purpose
The role of the Compliance Officer (OG-II) is central to maintaining and improving the bank’s corporate governance and internal controls framework. The officer will support the functioning of key committees, ensure compliance with SBP and other regulatory guidelines, and serve as a liaison among multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal departments to finalize and prepare agenda items for key committee meetings.
- Draft and distribute minutes of meetings to relevant stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized local or international university.
- Preference will be given to candidates holding:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Public Administration)
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CIA, CISA, or governance/compliance-related certifications
Professional Experience
- At least 03 years of experience in the banking sector.
- Minimum 02 years of specialized experience in:
- Compliance Committee or Control Committee support functions
- Writing professional reports such as internal audit findings, internal control evaluations, or compliance documentation
Skills & Expertise
- Strong understanding of SBP’s corporate governance guidelines and compliance framework.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High-level proficiency in MS Office, especially:
- Microsoft Word (document drafting)
- Microsoft Excel (data handling, analysis)
- Microsoft PowerPoint (presentations for senior management)
