1. Director General (Regional Office)
Applicants should have experience in the following areas:

The selection of candidates should be based on experience in development planning, project management, monitoring and evaluation, or TVET sector with a proven track record of:
- Production of documents-PC-I on development projects and schemes.
- Monitoring, evaluation and appraisal of development projects & programmes.
- Advocacy and policy development of training related policies and frameworks.
- Training plan/ programme preparation and implementation with the involvement of relevant stakeholders.
- Support in policy and strategy development, review and implementation of TVET
- Project planning, project management, administration and institutional coordination.
- Management of stakeholders and coordination and preparation of policy development briefs, summaries, reports and documents.

Required Experience and Pay Scale
The applicants should be regular officers of Government working in BPS-19/20 or equivalent levels, minimum 17 years of experience after their qualification.
Eligible Officers
The following are the categories of eligibility that can be advertised:
- Officers from all occupational groups.
- Ex-cadre officers of both the federal and provincial secretariat, directorates, audit and accounts (preferably).
- Provincial Management/Service Officers and ex caders.
Applicant must be a regular (public or civil) service employee of Federal / provincial government organization / autonomous body in the same scale.
No contract employees, project-based employees and Tenure Track System (TTS) employees are eligible.

- The roles will be initiated on deputation basis based on approved SOPs and any amendments thereto.
