To meet these goals, NETU is hiring for multiple PPS-8/9 level contractual positions, each based in Islamabad, for an initial period of two years (extendable by one year based on performance).

1. Food Security Specialist

- Contract: 2 years + 1 year extension (performance-based)
Qualifications:
- PhD in Food Sciences, Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agronomy, Livestock, or related fields with 3 years’ experience; OR
- Master’s degree in the same discipline with 7 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities:
- Lead national food security programs
- Develop strategies for sustainable agriculture
- Advice on food supply chains and resilience frameworks
2. Manpower Specialist
- Vacancies: 01
- Location: Islamabad
- Contract: 2 years + 1 year extension
Qualifications:
- PhD in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or Business with 3 years’ experience; OR
- Master’s degree with 7 years’ experience in workforce development
Responsibilities:
