Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the MOFEPT Deputy Project Director Jobs 2025 must fulfill the following requirements:

  • Education: A Master’s degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or another relevant field from a recognized HEC-accredited institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years of proven experience in managing large-scale public sector or donor-funded development projects, preferably in the education sector.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, project coordination, and communication skills. Must be able to prepare PC-1s, progress reports, and financial monitoring reports.
  • Age Limit: Candidates should be between 35 and 45 years old on the closing date.
