Ministry of Railways is offering the following exciting posts for its SPD & ME Directorate Project:

  1. Director/Business Development (PPS-10)
    Number of Posts: 01
    Ability: MBA/MS in Marketing, Finance, or Project Management. Additional qualifications in project management will be preferred. Minimum 16 years of education from HEC-recognized institutions.
    Experience: Minimum 12 years of professional experience in project management. Candidates with expertise in Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects will get an edge. Must have good knowledge of business strategy development, marketing, and investment performance analysis.
    Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, and MS Office is required.
    Age Limit: Maximum 50 years.
  2. Deputy Director (Monitoring-I) (PPS-09)
    Number of Posts: 01
    Ability: BE in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. Additional qualification in project management preferred. All degrees must be recognized by PEC/HEC.
    Experience: At least 7 years of post-qualification experience with 2 years in project monitoring, management, or evaluation. Experience in infrastructure development projects will be highly preferred.
    Proficiency in software related to project monitoring and evaluation (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
    Age Limit: Maximum 45 years.
  3. Deputy Director (Financial Analyst) (PPS-09)
    Number of Posts: 01
    Ability: MS (Finance), MSc (Economics), ACCA, CA, or equivalent degree in the relevant field. All degrees should be recognized by HEC.
    Experience: Minimum of 7 years post-qualification experience, with at least 2 years of experience in project financial modeling and analysis. Knowledge of business analytics software and financial modeling tools is preferred. Strong command and control of MS Office data analysis applications is essential.

Contract Details and Duration

All posts are purely on a contract basis for an initial period of two (02) years, or till the completion of the project (whichever is earlier).
