Eligibility Criteria for Legislative Advisor (MP-II)

  • Qualification: LLM (Foreign or Local), Barrister-at-Law, or Solicitor
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of legal experience in the public or private sector, locally or internationally
  • Skills Required:
    • Drafting/reviewing conventions, MOUs, legal contracts
    • Understanding of international law and regulatory frameworks
    • Legal opinion rendering and legislative drafting

Candidates with public sector experience will be preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical abilities are essential.
