🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:
  • Master’s degree in relevant fields such as Information Technology, Project Management, Communication, Public Administration, or equivalent from HEC-recognized universities.
• Experience Requirement:
  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of post-qualification experience in senior managerial roles, preferably in project-based or public-sector ICT initiatives.
• Other Requirements:
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in government digital transformation projects.
