Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Applicants must hold one of the following degrees with a minimum of 2nd Division or 2.5 CGPA:
- PhD
- MPhil/MS
- Master’s or BS (16 years of education)
Relevant Fields of Study:
- Public Policy / Administration
- Business Administration
- Management
- Educational Leadership & Planning
- Economics
- Other related disciplines from HEC-recognized institutions
Experience Requirements:
- 10 years after Master’s/BS
- 7 years after MPhil/MS
- 5 years after PhD
All experience must be in administrative roles in either the public or private sector organizations.
Age Limit:
- Candidates must be between 35 to 55 years as of the last date of application submission.

Responsibilities of Managing Director (Operations)
- Lead and manage operational functions of PECTAA in alignment with provincial educational goals.
- Develop and implement policies related to curriculum development, training, and assessment.
- Supervise multiple directorates and ensure compliance with quality benchmarks.
- Coordinate with national and international education bodies.
- Provide strategic leadership in planning, monitoring, and managing educational reforms in Punjab.
