Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Manager Security position at PIEDMC, applicants must fulfill the following criteria:
Education:
- Minimum 16 years of education (Bachelor’s degree).
- Preference will be given to Master’s degree holders from HEC-recognized institutions.
- Retired personnel from SSG (Special Services Group), Elite Force, Light Commandos, or Police Service are encouraged to apply.
Experience:
- At least 10 years of proven relevant experience in security management.
- Capability to coordinate with security service providers and law enforcement agencies.
- Strong planning, administrative, and leadership skills.
Age Requirement:
- Candidates must be at least 35 years old and not exceed 60 years.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the Officer In-Charge of Security at Bhalwal Industrial Estate.
- Ensure implementation of strict security protocols within the estate premises.
- Liaise with local law enforcement, security firms, and internal teams for seamless protection and risk mitigation.
- Monitor and guide the team of security staff for 24/7 site coverage.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans.
