Vacant Positions
- Project Director – PMU
Responsible for managing the overall project operations, coordinating with donor agencies (especially ADB), and ensuring implementation of strategic plans. - Director Reforms
This position is focused on planning and executing policy reforms for urban development, enhancing institutional frameworks, and ensuring policy compliance. - Director of Finance and Administration
Oversees budgeting, financial reporting, internal audit coordination, and administrative operations of the project. - Director Project Development (DPD)
Handles technical planning, infrastructure design, and execution under urban development plans across target cities.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for the advertised roles:
- Master’s degree in relevant disciplines such as Urban Planning, Public Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or Civil Engineering.
- At least 10–12 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in leadership or project management roles, preferably in donor-funded projects.
- Proven experience working with international donor agencies (ADB, World Bank, etc.) will be highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and administrative skills.
- Candidates must be within the 40–50 years age range.
