The following positions are available in the SME Division:

1. RASME (Grade: DG-III/OG-1)

• Responsibilities:
  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients and develop new ones.
  • Achieve allocated business targets through marketing and sales.
  • Prepare and process credit proposals in compliance with SBP regulations.
  • Conduct stock verifications and periodic business calls.
  • Ensure timely recovery of bank charges and regularization of deferrals.

Eligibility Criteria

For OG-II/OG-I Positions:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from HEC-recognized institutions.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in banking (preference for relevant experience).

• Qualification: Fresh graduates may apply with a Bachelor’s degree.
