Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the position of Senior Manager/Head HR Department at KSSL, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Possess a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (MBA HR) from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Have a minimum of 10 years of HR management experience in either the public or private sector.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a senior-level HR role.
  • Maximum age should not exceed 55 years as of the application closing date.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and strategic HR policy formulation skills.
  • Hands-on experience in HR outsourcing, employee grievance handling, court cases, audits, and performance management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for a broad range of HR functions, including:

  • Overseeing end-to-end HR management and ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Updating job descriptions, managing HR policy development and implementation.
  • Handling grievances, disciplinary actions, appeals, and court representations.
  • Monitoring employee performance, compensation, and payroll management.
  • Preparing manpower budgets and enforcing regulatory compliance (SBP, NAB, FIA, Courts, etc).
  • Drafting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and implementing HR outsourcing models.
  • Managing internal audits and maintaining complete HR records.
