Job Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Handling clerical tasks, including data entry, record management, and official correspondence.
- Typing & Documentation: Preparing official documents with accuracy while maintaining confidentiality.
- Communication & Coordination: Interacting with internal departments and external organizations.
- General Office Duties: Maintaining office inventory, managing supplies, and assisting in office operations.
Eligibility Criteria ✅
- Education: Matric from a recognized board.
- Typing Speed: Minimum 30 words per minute in English.
