Eligibility Criteria:

To be considered for the position of Project Director, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (First Division) from a recognized local or foreign university.
• Experience: At least 15 years of relevant experience in high-rise construction projects (7-storey or above), including electrification, substation work, solar energy systems, and energy management.
• Professional Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and planning concepts
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Word, and Excel
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Certifications: PMP-certified professionals will be preferred
• Other Qualifications: Knowledge of Primavera, a Project Management/Engineering Management degree is a plus
• Registration: Must be a Professional Engineer (PEC registered)
• Age Limit: Maximum 60 years at the time of closing date

Key Responsibilities:

The selected Project Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a multi-storey building construction in Islamabad. Duties include:

• Leading the entire project lifecycle from initiation to delivery
• Ensuring construction aligns with the latest building codes of Pakistan
• Managing subcontractors, vendors, and construction teams
• Ensuring quality control and safety regulations are met
• Preparing and submitting project progress reports to the management
