  • Typing speed of 35 words per minute (English/Urdu)
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel (English), and InPage (Urdu)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

2️⃣ Photographer / Photographer-cum-Cameraman (BPS-14) – 01 Post (Minority Quota)

Qualification: Second Division Intermediate or equivalent from a recognized board
Age Limit: 18–30 years
Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in still photography, Adobe Photoshop, and video photography
  • Ability to capture high-quality images and videos for government events and campaigns
  • Knowledge of photography equipment, lighting, and editing software

✅ Job Responsibilities

Junior Scale Stenographer

  • Take dictation and transcribe official documents accurately
  • Prepare reports, letters, and official communications
  • Maintain filing and record-keeping systems for DGIPR
  • Assist in administrative and office management tasks
  • Support senior officers in official documentation and correspondence

Photographer / Photographer-cum-Cameraman

  • Capture still images and videos of government events, press conferences, and official programs
  • Edit and enhance photographs and videos using software like Adobe Photoshop
  • Maintain and manage photography equipment
  • Collaborate with the DGIPR media team to produce quality visual content
  • Ensure the timely delivery of photographs and videos for official use

💼 Terms & Conditions

  • Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the provided credentials. Detailed scrutiny will follow, and ineligible candidates may be disqualified at any stage.
  • Candidates must create a profile on the ETEA website and verify CNIC via NADRA E-Sahulat.
  • The screening test will be conducted by ETEA, and interview calls will be issued only to shortlisted candidates.
